Willum’s friends and client are gathering for a quiet dinner party for his birthday, when Rick, a man Willum’s never met but who saved his life during Vietnam, suddenly drops by to finally meet. To Willum’s dismay, Rick turns out to be an incredibly inept and dimwitted “nerd” who overstays his welcome with a vengeance. The evening and Willum’s life quickly dissolve into insanity! Slapstick gold!

Agnes and Tobias, a well-off, middle-aged couple, have their complacency shattered when friends Harry and Edna appear on their doorstep, claiming a nameless fear has driven them from their home. This household, already teetering from the “willful” drinking of Agnes’ sister, is further upset by the return of the couple’s daughter seeking sanctuary from her fourth failed marriage. In Edward Albee’s Pulitzer Prize and Tony award-winning drama, forces collide bringing doubt, recrimination, and ultimately solace, to the “delicate balance” of Agnes and Tobias’ world.
